Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs

We strive to keep our shipping rates affordable. The cost is calculated based on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

Standard Shipping: $6.99 per order.

Express Shipping: $15.99 per order.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD.

2. Order Processing Time

Before your order is shipped, it goes through our processing stage (picking, packing, and quality checks).

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Estimates

Once your order has been processed and picked up by our carrier, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

United States: 7-15 business days.

International: 10-20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your package arrives safely.

4. Order Tracking

Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Tracking Updates: The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. If you do not see updates immediately, please don't worry—it sometimes takes time for the carrier's system to update the package status.

5. Delivery & Signature

Standard Delivery: For most standard orders, the package will be delivered to your mailbox or left at your doorstep/porch. You do not need to be home to receive it.

Signature Required: For the security of high-value orders or Express shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address during business hours, or consider shipping to your workplace.

6. Modifying or Canceling an Order

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Time Window: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at help@cushsy.com immediately (preferably within 8 hours of placing the order).

Cut-off: Once the order has been processed by our warehouse or shipped, we can no longer make changes. If the package has already left our facility, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

US Orders: Usually tax-free up to a certain value (de minimis value is $800 in the US).

International Orders: cushsy.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Issues with Delivery

Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is still missing, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
