Q: What is a "Pre-order" item?

A: A pre-order item is a product that you purchase before we have it in stock. This secures your item so it ships as soon as it arrives. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been processed for shipping.

 

Q: I ordered an in-stock item with a pre-order item. Will they ship separately?

A: To minimize waste and shipping costs, we typically ship your entire order once all items (including pre-orders) are available. If you need the in-stock item sooner, please email us, and we can help arrange a solution.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We keep our shipping costs simple and affordable:

Standard Shipping: $6.99 per order.

Express Shipping: $15.99 per order.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

Q: What happens if I am not home during delivery?

A: Depending on the carrier and your country's local postal service, the package may be left in a secure location, or a delivery attempt notice will be left for you to schedule a redelivery or pick it up at a local post office.

Q: Note on Holidays & Shipping Times

A: Please be aware that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipping times may be slightly affected during major holidays such as New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

A: We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your package.

Condition: Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags/hygiene seals attached.
