1. Our Commitment
At cushsy.com, we want you to love your home and every item you purchase from us. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit for your space. That’s why we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.
2. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must be in the original packaging (including boxes, protective foam, and instructions). Note: For home goods, proper packaging is crucial to prevent damage during return transit.
Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards.
Hygiene Items (Swimwear & Lingerie): For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed, or if the item shows signs of wear. Please try on swimwear over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these hygiene standards.
Bedding & Towels: Bed sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and towels cannot be returned if the package has been opened or the seal is broken.
3. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
The type of compensation you receive depends on the item status:
Full-Priced Items: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or markdown are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only.
Promo Codes: Orders placed using a general discount code (e.g., "WELCOME10") are eligible for a refund. However, orders placed using "Clearance" or "Liquidation" codes are considered Final Sale.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
Given the nature of home goods, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Report: Email us at help@cushsy.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund. You will not be responsible for shipping costs in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, doesn't fit the room style, ordered wrong size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.
6. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email help@cushsy.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approval: Wait for our team to approve your return and provide you with the Return Address (we have a warehouse in the USA to make it easier for you). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
7. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process the return after receipt, and an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
